How RS Group came together
RS Group was formed by the merger of Staton Logistics and PTS Logistics. Each brought something the other needed: a deep, vetted carrier network on one side, hands-on Atlanta operations and warehousing on the other. Together they became one operator-run freight brokerage and 3PL.
We are an Inc. 5000 company built by people who came up moving freight, not selling software. That shows in how we work — a direct team that answers the phone, owns the shipment end to end, and tells you the truth about your lane instead of the version that closes a deal.
From our Atlanta base, including an 80,000 sq ft warehouse minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson, we serve shippers of every size: a small business sending its first pallet, and enterprises running ongoing freight and warehousing programs across the country.
